Private Detective is one of the leading detective agencies in India that has its terms and conditions for the clients. It is only for the mutual benefit of both completing the investigative task in an organized manner. The clients who want the investigative services of Private Detective have to agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Illegal use of the investigative findings

The client agrees to use the contents of the investigation report provided by Private Detective after completion of the investigation only legally.

It should not be used for any illegal activities like against the laws of the state, country, international, and other regulatory agencies.

Using it in the wrong way intentionally or unintentionally is against the terms and conditions of Private Detective.

Employee investigation misuse

The investigative information on the employees for the employer is only for professional purposes. The employer agrees to not use it to cause emotional or other losses to the employees.

The age limit of client

The client agrees that he/she is a major and also has the legal authority to agree for the investigative process.

Payments

The client agrees with the fees for the investigative service to be paid up front. And, in any case before the completion of the investigation. Irrespective of the results, whether it is in favor or unfavorable, the client agrees to make payment in full. Also, there is no refund of the amount due to any reasons once Private Detective starts the investigation.

Guarantees

Private Detective takes utmost care and concern for all investigative processes. Only in rarest of rare cases, there may be some unfavorable incompletion of the investigative task or other issues. It could be mainly due to the complexity of the case or any new unfavorable and unexpected circumstances arising during the investigation. The client agrees to accept the results in such cases and also make the full payments for the service.

Misinformation from client

The client agrees to provide only authentic, accurate, and valid information to Private Detective. If there is misinformation from the client's end, the results may not be in the way the client wants and agree to take responsibility for it.

Communication

The client accepts to communicate Private Detective only in the prescribed manner of Email or other means and not to communicate in different ways.

Result Effects

The client agrees that whatever the decision he or she takes on the results is only on their choice and not that of Private Detective. Only the investigative part of the subject is the work but not any part in the decision making process on the results by the clients.

Responsibility of any damage to detectives

The client agrees to indemnify against any claim, loss, or liability for the detectives due to investigating their case. It is only on behalf of the client the detectives are functioning for finding out the need in legal means. Hence, it is on the part of the client to safeguard their interests from any damages.

Not satisfied with the investigation

Private Detective investigates all cases most professionally and competently to find out the results. It is the same for all clients. But if the client is not satisfied with the investigation, it should immediately be brought to the notice of the MD, and all remedies to rectify to get the best results possible. But at any cost, the client is not to write anything negative about Private Detective on the internet. The client is at liberty to proceed lawfully if not still satisfied with the investigation but only under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts irrespective of the client's place.

Surveillance issues

During surveillance, though Private Detective takes utmost care for such activities and uses the most advanced technology equipment, there may be some factors that could not make them perfect in certain circumstances. The client agrees not to press for any damages for such failures.

Time trouble

The client accepts that any delay due to unavoidable circumstances in completing the investigation in rare cases is reasonable. The client agrees not to make it an issue for payment due to such time delays.

It will adhere to all its commitments given to the client in the most honest way possible. There are no hidden charges, or unwanted time delays, malpractice, illegal investigation, and derailment in duty, or any other such undesired aspects for the clients. Hence, the clients should also agree on the terms and conditions mentioned above. It will enable a friendly and effective investigation to the satisfaction of all concerned. Also, Private Detective reserves its right to alter the terms and conditions whenever it suits them without any prior intimation to the clients. The effective investigative service will continue for all clients, as per the terms and conditions herein agreed.
